- Simplified paperwork – reporting to the Foreign Police, Statistical Office and the local Tourist Tax Registry in one single electronic form
- Connection to the largest hotel software, so you don’t have to fill in anything twice
- The DMO funding system directly invests a portion of the fee in the promotion of tourism in the region
- E-shop with a booking system also available for small associations and enthusiasts, who thus gain the opportunity to get into the online environment without much effort and cost
- Efficient collection of anonymous tourist data that we all can use for marketing purposes
- A Pre-Check-in function where guests fill in their details before arrival
- Reading ID cards by a webcam instead of manually entering all the data

- Efficient collection of data on visitors staying in the municipality
- Associated Citizen Card with benefits for local citizens with permanent residence in the region

Information website
An integral part of the Guest Card project is the creation of a new web portal that will serve as a single source of information for visitors and accommodation providers.

- Clearly-arranged information on all activities and attractions, divided according to target groups, interests, time of the year and length of stay
- Specific programme suggestions for one or more days
- An overview of available services such as accommodation, rentals or cable cars
- An overview of events in the region
- Content links to the websites of neighbouring regions

- Significantly better comfort for accommodation providers and reception staff when communicating information about the region
- Easy findability on the web with the possibility to link to your website presentation or booking

municipalities:
- Ability to easily communicate to visitors not only your attractions and local service providers but also public events or practical information, for example, on transport
- It makes the work of Information Centre staff easier
